Simply add a desktop shortcut to have every possible system setting and control accessible with one easy click.
Create a new folder on the Desktop (or elsewhere), and then name the folder as
    GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
It will then change to look like the icon for Control Panel.
